He is a founder of Sunstone Capital & Cornell Communities, a real estate investment firm focusing on affordable housing.
Leo has extensive experience in real estate & entrepreneurship, including generating $40M in real estate sales, being on the Acquisition Team of a $4.5B Private Equity Fund, and also being the #1 Regional Salesperson at Tesla, Inc.
He completed his Bachelors in Finance at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and his Commercial Real Estate Certification at Cornell University.
